In companies and organizations, I work in the field of team supervision and support them with communication and conflict management trainings as well as team coaching and team mediation. I have many years of experience in working with groups and in adult education. My focus is on diversity, especially in relation to the issues of gender and sexuality, multiple discrimination and intersectionality. As a psychodrama and sociodrama leader, I work with groups on team building, role clarification and lead supervisory processes. In the other half of my life, I work as a curator for various film festivals.
